Jodi Ely has been riding, teaching, and training in dressage and eventing for over 40 years. She owns and operates Trista Farm LLC, with locations in Mound, Minnesota and Williston, Florida. Her main goal is to help horses and riders of all levels and disciplines reach their top potential. She understands that everyone's ambitions, abilities, and budgets differ, and aims to identify each rider's goals and develop a system that helps them reach their personal best.
Jodi earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Minnesota in 1982. As a youth she competed in eventing, dressage, vaulting, roman riding, drill team, and formation riding — a diverse foundation that informs her well-rounded approach to coaching today.
She has earned her USDF bronze, silver, and gold medals. Her judging credentials include a USEF/USDF "S" dressage judge's license, a USEF/WDAA "R" Western dressage license, and a USEF/USEA Young Event Horse Judge's license.
