Bill McMullin

Bill McMullin is a USEF "S" dressage judge, USDF Bronze, Silver, and Gold Medalist, and an esteemed member of the USDF Instructor/Trainer Program faculty. He holds the rare distinction of being one of only eight USDF instructors certified at the FEI level, having earned his FEI Level B Certification after completing the USDF Instructor/Trainer Program certification through Fourth Level in 1999.

Bill's training background is deeply classical. He studied in Germany before returning to the United States, where he trained with instructors from the American Dressage Institute including Michael Mauss, Janet Black, and Ellen Miller. He later studied with George Williams and Conrad Schumacher, whose work further refined his classical principles.

Since 1998, Bill and partner Bill Warren have operated Warren-McMullin Dressage — first in Rhode Island, then from 2007 in Massachusetts. The program is based near Boston from May through November and in Wellington, Florida from December through April. Bill works with horses and riders from Training Level to Grand Prix, and is recognized as one of the most credentialed instructor/trainers in American dressage.
