Meet your instructors

Ride iQ's coaches include "A" alumni and National Examiners. Below are just a few.

Ema Klugman

Ema is one of only three people in the US to achieve three A-level certifications from USPC. She was the highest-placed Young Rider in the 5* at the 2021 KY 3-Day Event with her self-produced horse Bendigo.

Doug Payne

Doug was the highest placed US event rider at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. He is also a Grand Prix show jumper and “A” Pony Club alumnus. Doug won a team gold medal at the 2019 Pan Am Games as part of the US team.

Ashley Johnson

Ashley has a Master’s in Psychology with a focus on Performance Psychology from Harvard University. Ashley is a 5* event rider, Level IV ICP certified instructor, and “A” Pony Club alumna.
